^{How does the Program Work}

1. Decide on the dollar amount you want to give as a gift.
   
   
2. Fill out one order form for each gift designating the amount for each recipient.  Your email address and phone are especially important in case we have follow-up questions.  (We do not sell or giveaway email addresses.)   

·         If you choose to pay by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, or AMEX are accepted),
           -  email the form to gift_certificate@greendisk.com or
           -  fax the form to GreenDisk at 425-392-8727 or
           -  call GreenDisk customer service at 800-305-3475.
·         If you choose to pay by check, mail the order form with your check to:

3. Once you place the order, you will receive an email with 3 documents attached:

·         GreenDisk Gift Certificate (click for view of sample)
·         Gift Certificate Order Form (click for view)
·         Technotrash Can Data Sheet (click for view)

4. Print out or email the attachments and give them to your gift recipient.
   
   
5. The GreenDisk Gift Certificate will be for the amount you designate.

·         The Certificate will have a unique token number.
·         GreenDisk tracks usage by the token number so there is no risk of losing $$$ credit if the certificate is lost.
·         The gift recipient can not receive cash for leftover $$ from their purchase.  They should apply the remaining dollars towards future purchases.
